Do-In Yoga is a healing practice rooted in Eastern medicine, guiding you to activate your self-healing abilities and vital life energy. It draws on practices such as Yin and Yang balance, meridian knowledge, the five elements, and more, making it a holistic journey for mind, body, and spirit.

Following the Body’s Wisdom with Energetic Yoga

In Do-In Yoga, Do symbolizes "the path" or "life journey," and In means "inward" or "to the source." These concepts reflect the idea that everything you need is already within you, waiting to be unlocked. You embody life’s full vitality, strength, and joy. However, energy blockages in your body or energy field can sometimes leave you feeling stuck in your thoughts or actions.

Yoga means "union," and meditation stands for "reflection." The harmonious combination of movement, posture, and breath aligns body and mind, cultivating a deeper connection to yourself and to your inner wellspring of strength.

Stimulating Life Energy Flow Through the Meridians

Do-In Yoga helps life energy, or qi, flow freely through your body's meridian pathways. The body contains 12 primary meridians connected to organs like the liver and kidneys, as well as 8 additional "extra" meridians known as the “extraordinary” or "wonder meridians." Blocked energy flow can manifest as physical discomfort, mental fog, and emotional turbulence. Through mindful, gentle Do-In Yoga postures, these blockages can be released, allowing energy to circulate freely and restoring overall balance and well-being.

The Origin of Do-In Yoga

In 2006, I was the first to introduce the Do-In training, initially known simply as "Do-In." Later, I added "Yoga" to the title, integrating my yoga knowledge and experience with the teachings of Eastern medicine. This fusion enriches the Do-In Yoga practice, with energy balancing at the heart of its method.
